Delete from inside the app

In the pepSmart app, sign in, open Settings, open the "Account data and backup" section, choose "Delete account", and confirm. Your account and all of your data are erased immediately and cannot be recovered.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in, email [email protected] from the email address on your account (or include the phone number you signed up with) and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership, then complete verified requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all of your data from pepSmart. This includes your sign-in identity, profile, and username; every record you created, including dose and injection logs, weight and body metrics, symptom logs, bloodwork entries, nutrition and water logs, workouts, activity, and progress photos; saved stacks, your current stack, titration plans, vials, goals, and routines; reminders, notification settings, streaks, and preferences; connected wearable accounts and their tokens; any public profile, forum, or vendor content; and your authentication identity itself. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

What may be kept, and why

After deletion, pepSmart may keep a small set of records that are not part of your usable account, and only for as long as the law requires, such as subscription and payment history held by billing providers (Apple, Google, or Stripe) and basic security or transaction logs. These are retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and accounting obligations and deleted when no longer required. pepSmart never stores your payment card details.
