Protocol builder — Pro tool overview

Protocol builder overview. Assemble a multi-compound stack, overlay normalized PK curves, screen peptide-to-peptide and peptide-to-medication interactions, and roll up monthly cost. Pro tool. Educational, not medical advice.

Summary

Stack assembly with PK overlay, peptide-interaction screen, and monthly cost rollup.

What this tool does

Assemble a stack of peptide and GLP-1 compounds. Normalized percent-of-peak PK overlays let you see how the compounds compose across a dosing window. Peptide-to-peptide and peptide-to-medication interaction flags surface from a cited static table. Monthly cost rollup uses entered per-vial cost inputs.

How the interaction screen works

The interaction table is static and hand-curated against the published peptide pharmacology literature. Medication-context rows cover insulin, sulfonylureas, narrow-therapeutic-index oral medicines, and anticoagulation. Peptide-to-peptide flags surface mechanism-of-action overlaps that warrant prescriber discussion (e.g., incretin duplication when stacking semaglutide and tirzepatide, or GH-axis secretagogues alongside somatropin).

What the tool will not do

It does not prescribe, recommend, or rank stacks. It does not check labs, lipids, or cardiovascular safety. The cost rollup uses inputs you provide, not market prices. The interaction screen is a discussion aid, not a clinical alert system.

Inputs the tool takes

  • Compounds in the stack (2 to 8)
  • Dose and frequency per compound
  • Optional cost inputs per compound
  • Optional medication-context flags (insulin, sulfonylureas, etc.)

What the tool returns

  • Normalized PK overlay across the stack
  • Peptide-to-peptide and peptide-to-medication interaction flags
  • Monthly cost rollup (web only; suppressed on native per Apple 3.1.1 / Play Billing posture)
  • Cited references for every flagged interaction
