GLP-1 ramp planner
Preview an educational GLP-1 dose-step ramp table from start dose, target dose, step size, and weeks per step.
What this calculator returns
- A linear dose-step table from start dose to target dose.
- Approximate total weeks from the chosen weeks-per-step interval.
- A handoff link to the tracker for saved plans.
Formula and example
The planner starts at the chosen dose and adds the step size after each interval until it reaches the target. Total weeks equals the number of intervals multiplied by weeks per step.
Inputs are bounded by the existing free calculator math layer. The table is a deterministic what-if preview, not a recommendation to increase, decrease, or hold any dose.
Worked example: Starting at 0.25 mg, stepping by 0.25 mg every 4 weeks reaches 2.4 mg after a sequence of educational preview steps.
Warnings and boundaries
- The ramp preview is not a label schedule or a recommendation.
- Saved titration tracking remains separate from the public calculator page.
- Changing a GLP-1 dose is a clinical decision.
