Peptide reconstitution calculator
Calculate peptide vial concentration in mcg/ml from vial mass and bacteriostatic water volume. Free, no account, educational use only.
What this calculator returns
- The reconstituted concentration in micrograms per milliliter.
- A baseline you can use to compute draw volume on a U-100 insulin syringe for a chosen research dose.
Formula and example
Concentration equals vial mass in micrograms divided by BAC water volume in milliliters.
The page converts milligrams to micrograms internally, then returns mcg/ml so dose divided by concentration gives draw volume.
Worked example: A 5 mg vial contains 5,000 mcg. Add 2 ml of BAC water and the concentration is 2,500 mcg/ml.
Warnings and boundaries
- This is vial math only, not a dose recommendation.
- Diluent choice and usable window still depend on source or pharmacy instructions.
